Rebecca Shea
For me, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and releasing. My classes combine both strength and mobility work in a dynamic, flow style. Expect to move, sweat, breathe and relax. I have been a fitness instructor for more than 20 years.
Yoga is a personal journey, it is not a destination. Enjoy, celebrate your
progress, respect your limitations and recognize that what you cannot do today, you may be able to do tomorrow.

Sue Wammes
Having been a long-distance runner for many years, I eventually turned to yoga in 2010 to help eliminate my ongoing injuries. Fast forward to today, I now see yoga as much more than a healing practice but as an overall confidence builder. I enjoy balancing my own practice with a vinyasa flow style along with a resting, restorative yoga – essentially the yin and the yang within the yoga world! I love to empower women to do the same exploration of yoga and cultivate a new mantra “The moment you commit the universe conspires to assist you.”

Zosia Jarvis – Co-Owner of Energize CK
I believe the greatest & most undervalued gift is that of self-awareness. The wisdom, understanding and insight that resides within each of us – that leads to self acceptance, and sharing our gifts. We’ve been conditioned to look outside of ourselves for answers about how to live, what to do, what our lives should look like.
Which is why I turn to yoga, resistance training & intentional movement, Breathwork, conscious stillness and ice baths, among other practices, as methods for self-discovery, cleansing and health.
Fitness and wellness practices aren’t just a career choice, but my lifestyle & passion. I really enjoy creating healthy meals & snacks, replacing store-bought commercial cleaners with diy’s, lakeshore walks looking for beach glass, hiking, studying & practicing modern divination, and training.
I have worked, and succeeded in acquiring a variety of certifications and diplomas in the fitness and health industry in the last 12 years. Including Yoga, Resistance training, Barre, Pilates, Yoga Nidra and various others.

Jen Strub
Jen’s yoga journey began nearly 21 years ago, rooted in spirituality and guided by a desire to feel more at home in her body. Beginning yoga in her late 30s with an inflexible body, she discovered that yoga isn’t about striving or achieving—it’s about listening, softening, and reconnecting.
She has been teaching for over 11 years, offering Gentle Flow Yoga designed to meet students exactly where they are. Her approach is accessible, intuitive, and welcoming—ideal for beginners and anyone seeking a practice that feels nourishing rather than demanding. Jen creates a calm, non-judgmental space where breath leads movement and rest is honoured. Her classes invite you to slow down, release tension, and settle into a deeper sense of ease—leaving you grounded, open, and quietly restored.
